Professional Affiliates

Welcome! We are excited that you are interested in supporting our Association!

NCASFAA is an avid supporter of its Professional Affiliates. NCASFAA's training events are well attended and supported by the financial aid administrators and decision makers. NCASFAA supports two training conferences (fall and spring) as well as several workshops offering networking opportunities and occasions to learn about new products and services that you have to offer.

Each conference attracts approximately 200 financial aid professionals from all levels from the new aid officer to the director and the workshops typically fill to capacity quickly. NCASFAA takes every opportunity to promote the professional affiliate supporters through recognition at events, promotion on the website, and social media. SUPPORT NCASFAA HERE

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Level $2,500:

Booth at Spring 2026 conference (Priority location based on receipt date of full payment)
Participation in Spring 2026 Pre-Conference Workshops
Opportunity to moderate a session at Spring 2026 Annual Conference along with your 2–3-minute business pitch
Sponsor and/or present a training webinar during the 2025-2026 year (topic to be determined in conjunction with NCASFAA Professional Advancement Committee)
Online Conference Support Recognition with logo, URL and contact info
Full page ad in Conference Program

Permitted to be at all NCASFAA Training Activities for 2025-2026 at no additional charge (for example, Support Staff, New Aid Officers, Mid-Level, etc.)
